my journey into body-mind mastery transformed with my third cycle of burnout —anxiety, insomnia, shingles, and intestinal bleeding.
I had started practicing mindfulness and somatics at 19. Yet, I spent 10 years focused on my startup career—bigger roles, more impact, higher pressure. On the outside, life looked fab: remote senior leadership roles, financial success, and living abroad. Inside, I was anxious, exhausted, and disconnected from myself.
The third cycle of burnout was a turning point. I realized I had been ignoring everything I knew. So, I decided to restore my nervous system and align with my energy cycles.

This is the only nervous system program of its kind. Why, you ask?
- Other programs are male physiology first. Ours focuses on female physiology. Our bodies and nervous systems function differently. They need to align with our infradian rhythm.
- Most programs focus on top-down practices (cognitive reframes, mindfulness, etc.). Ours focuses on body-first practices, complemented by top-down and outside-in practices.
- This program is largely experiential—don't worry, we'll still geek out on the science! We focus on experimenting, iterating, and finding what works best for your nervous system and menstrual cycle (= infradian rhythm).

No! Wherever you are in your menstrual cycle is perfect. While the program focuses on the menstrual cycle, you could be on birth control, have started (peri)menopause, or be pregnant (or in post-partum).
What's most important is understanding how female physiology impacts your nervous system differently, so you can meet your body—and hormones—where they're at.

Welcome! This program is an excellent resource for burnout recovery. You'll learn the tools to help heal your nervous system and burnout symptoms. In fact, this is where Rachel started post-burnout, and it has helped hundreds of professionals since.
